Review of Spurgeon Journal

If you enjoy taking notes when doing Bible study, listening to sermons or for help writing sermons then this journal is for you. I have had it for about two weeks and have the start of two sermons, and a Bible study. It is a great book with 140 pages to take notes on. Each page has an area for you to write the date. In the front of the journal is a section that lists the 140 pages for you to index your writings.
The pages are not so thin that you feel as though your ink will bleed through, but they are not so thick that the book is heavy in your hand. Throughout the book you will find quotes from Spurgeon’s sermons on one page is the quote and the other is the sermon name and number. The book is hardback while being slightly flexible, it is covered is a leather like material for 3/4 of the cover and a decorative spine, and on the front is a gold stamped copy of Spurgeon’s signature.
This journal is a great investment for the serious notetaker. One of the greatest features has to be the index in the front of the journal. I highly recommend this journal to the student of Scripture or someone looking for a great way to keep better track of their notes. I did receive a copy of this work in exchange for a fair and balanced review.

I Would Love to Hear From You
